Our client engaged our service to refurbish a four bedroom apartment in the iconic Barbican Centre.

The distinctive Brutalist style, featuring exposed concrete and minimalist design presented a set of design challenges as well as a broad scope of possibilities. The original footprint included four bedrooms which limited the social space for entertaining and working from home. Our design re-purposed one of the bedrooms claiming it for the open plan living space and rewarding the room with an additional window that floods the area with natural light.
