Although each individual project has its own unique process here is an outline of the general tasks we undertake to deliver a project from its concept to the completion.

An initial site visit serves as a crucial step in the design or renovation process, allowing us to gain a broad understanding of the property's existing conditions and layout.
During this visit, we identify areas that might benefit from reconfiguration to improve their functionality or aesthetic appeal and consider all features that are part of the integrity of the building.
It is at this stage of the process that we liaise closely with our client to gather the information we need to draw an in-depth picture of their overall brief.
Concept Development
This process begins with space planning to ensure a functional layout. and from there, we create mood boards, sketches, and preliminary layouts to provide a visual representation of the overall design direction.
Once we have presented our concept to the client and have their feedback on the design rationale we move on to the next stage.
Design Development
When the Design Concept stage is approved we dive deeper into the details.
This phase involves finalising layouts, selecting materials, furnishings, and fixtures that establish a clear design intent. We accompany this stage with sample boards and hand drawn 3D sketches which help breathe life into the overall design.
Once signed off, this process informs the client and their chosen build teams with the foundations of the design brief and goes a long way to providing potential contractors with the necessary information to prepare preliminary budgeting.
Documentation
We collaborate closely with your architect and builders to review the interior design documentation, ensuring they have the necessary information to accurately tender and execute the project.
Project Management
Our Project Management Service operates alongside the construction process, providing essential support to clients who require a representative on site with in-depth understanding of the overall design.
This service includes regular site visit options to solve any issues that may crop up in the build process and an on-call service to address any issues within our area of expertise.
Procurement
As the build progresses we can coordinate ordering, shipment, installation and delivery of items listed in our documentation.
This part of our service greatly assists the smooth running of the project and goes a long way to helping reach the finishing line on time.
Project Completion
In this final phase the property is ready for hand-over to the client. We can arrange a site walk-through with our client to inspect the entire project and where necessary, produce a snagging list for the contractors to work from.
